Bonnie Hunt May is a consultant in all phases of residential mortgage loan origination activities, in addition to her writing and teaching. Bonnie has more than 40 years experience in all phases of mortgage lending. Her extensive background in the government sector (Veterans Administration) combined with her experience in the private sector as a commissioned loan officer, underwriter, manager, and four years as owner of an independent mortgage loan underwriting service-company provides a unique commodity.
Coupled with this experience is her teaching ability. She has been lecturing and/or teaching for 25 years. She has also compiled or written several training manuals, a text book, and worked with the Educational Testing Service to compile exams for real estate sale licensees.
